Lampposts of Avinguda Gaudí

Designed in 1909 by the architect Pere Falqués, these modernist lampposts combine a stone base sculpted by Juyol with a wrought iron structure crafted by Manuel Ballarín. Originally placed at the junction of Passeig de Gràcia and Diagonal Avenue, they were removed in 1957 to ease traffic and reinstalled in 1985 on Avinguda Gaudí, where they remain today.
