Discover Casa PericasThe Casa Verdú, located at 298 Carrer de Còrsega, is an eclectic residential building designed by José Pérez Terraza in the late 19th century. The structure blends various architectural styles, typical of the transition between Modernisme and Barcelona’s Eclecticism. Its façade stands out for four vertical axes of superimposed columns: those on the main floor feature Corinthian-inspired capitals and shafts with helical bands, while the upper floors display fluted columns with decorative rings crowned by Ionic capitals. Among the most notable details are the richly decorated entrance door and the carved stone balustrade on the first floor, both characteristic of the decorative refinement of the period.
