Casa Jacint Cardús

Drawn up in 1910 by Salvador Puiggròs Figueras, this narrow building presents a thoroughly Modernista façade. Stucco cladding simulates ashlar masonry across most of the height, while the top storey is set apart by a repeated floral sgraffito pattern and relief detailing on the lintels. The upper edge is finished with a curvilinear parapet, moulded cornice, and wrought-iron railings.
