Xemeneia Tardà

The Xemeneia Tardà, located in the Jardins Càndida Pérez (Carrer Borrell, 48), is the only remaining vestige of the former Dulces Tardà candy factory, founded in 1896 by Fèlix Tardà. This brick chimney, truncated-cone in shape, sits on a polygonal base and is topped with a decorative ring, standing as a reminder of the industrial past of the Sant Antoni district. Now integrated into a public park and playground, it symbolizes working-class memory and the urban transformation of Barcelona.
