Viewpoint of the Passeig de l'Escullera

The Rompeolas Promenade and the new Mirador Building, inaugurated as part of the Port of Barcelona’s Nova Bocana redevelopment, were created as iconic spaces open to both locals and visitors. The promenade revives the memory of the old breakwater through a cultural route featuring panels, poems and artistic elements, linking the port’s history with the city. At its end, the Mirador Building rises as a large gateway framing stunning views of the sea and port. Open to the public, it houses a restaurant, bar, canteen and a cultural hall, while its rooftop terrace offers a unique vantage point to admire Barcelona and the Mediterranean.
