Plaça Reial

The Plaça Reial, inaugurated in 1848, stands on the site of the former Capuchin convent. It was designed by architect Francesc Daniel Molina, inspired by French neoclassical squares. This elegant arcaded square features uniform façades adorned with Corinthian pilasters, coats of arms, and terracotta busts. At its center are the Fountain of the Three Graces and lampposts designed by Antoni Gaudí. The square was renovated in 1982 by architects Federico Correa and Alfons Milà.
