Font de l’Ànec

Created in 1925 by the sculptor Frederic Marès, this noucentista-style fountain was part of an urban beautification program in the Eixample inspired by nature and Catalan rural life. Designed in bronze on a stone pedestal, it stands out for the refinement of its details. Originally installed in the Eixample, it was later moved to the Camp de l’Arpa neighborhood.
